Buyer Terms
1. Role of Zcope
Zcope provides software that enables independent creators ("Sellers") to sell their own products. Zcope is not the seller, merchant, or merchant of record of any product offered through a Seller's site. Your purchase contract is solely between you (the "Buyer") and the Seller.
Payments are processed directly to the Seller's own payment account. Zcope provides the technology and hosting only, and is not an agent, partner, or joint venturer of any Seller.
2. No Zcope Warranty
Zcope makes no representation or warranty regarding any product, its quality, fitness, delivery, or any Seller's claims — including any satisfaction or money-back representation, which are solely the Seller's.
Any guarantee, warranty, or promise you see on a Seller's product is made by that Seller, not by Zcope.
3. Refunds & Disputes
Refunds, delivery, and support are the Seller's sole responsibility in accordance with the Seller's stated policy. Zcope does not issue refunds and does not guarantee any purchase.
If you have a problem with a purchase, contact the Seller directly. You may also have rights against the Seller and through your card issuer (for example, a chargeback).
Where a Seller offers a voluntary money-back guarantee, refund requests made within that guarantee's stated window are handled according to the terms shown to you at the time of purchase. See §4 for what happens if we determine a refund request is abusive, and §9 if you are located in the EU and purchased digital content.
Where a Seller offers a voluntary money-back guarantee, Zcope provides an automated tool to facilitate your request. Zcope does not guarantee the availability of funds: automated processing is strictly contingent on the Seller's payment account having a sufficient available balance at the time of the request, and Zcope never advances its own funds to cover a Seller's refund obligation. If automated processing fails, your request is routed to the Seller for manual handling and your claim remains solely against the Seller.
4. Abuse of Refund Policy
While Sellers may offer voluntary guarantees, Zcope and the Seller reserve the right to deny refunds or block future purchases if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a Buyer is abusing the refund policy.
Examples of what we consider abuse include, without limitation: repeated purchase-and-refund patterns on digital goods, requesting a refund after substantial or complete use, download, or access of digital content, and patterns that suggest refund requests are being used as a means to obtain products without payment. These examples do not limit the sole-discretion determination above — they illustrate it, and are not the only basis for a denial or block.
To make this determination, Zcope may consider your refund history with the specific Seller involved. Consistent with our Privacy Policy, we do not share your refund history across different Sellers — each Seller sees only your history with their own brand.
5. Seller Information
On request and where required by law, Zcope will provide the Seller's contact information so you can resolve issues directly with the Seller.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Zcope's aggregate liability to you arising from or relating to any purchase is limited to the greater of (a) $50 USD, or (b) the amount you paid directly to Zcope for the purchase giving rise to the claim. Because Buyers pay Sellers directly — not Zcope — that amount is typically $0.
- The Seller's liability to you is limited as described below.
As part of the Seller's terms of sale presented to you at checkout, the Seller limits its aggregate liability for any claim relating to a purchased product to the purchase price of that product. Zcope communicates this term on the Seller's behalf as part of the checkout flow; the limitation is a term of your purchase contract with the Seller.
The Seller — not Zcope — is responsible for the product and the purchase contract.
7. Dispute Resolution — United States Buyers
This section applies if you are located in the United States.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to a purchase or these Buyer Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), seated and conducted in Denver, Colorado, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.
Class-action waiver: You and Zcope agree that any arbitration or proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
8. Dispute Resolution — EU/UK Buyers
This section applies if you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom.
Mandatory arbitration does not apply to you. Any dispute relating to a purchase or these Buyer Terms may be brought before the competent courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these Buyer Terms limits your rights under the consumer-protection laws of that country.
Note that any dispute about the product itself should generally be raised with the Seller first, in line with §3.
9. EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day) for Digital Content
If you are an EU consumer, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. For digital content delivered immediately (for example, an instant download or immediate access to a digital product), this right does not apply once delivery has begun, because at checkout you are asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day withdrawal right. This consent is captured and recorded at the time of purchase.
10. Entity, Governing Law & Contact
Zcope is operated by 2morrow.ai, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company.

11. Changes to These Terms; Severability
We may update these Buyer Terms from time to time. The version accepted at the time of your purchase governs that purchase; the version shown here governs new purchases made after it takes effect.
If any provision of these Buyer Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
